Cell Phones/Beepers/General Noise

NM FAQ 7These are a distraction to myself as well as you, because the focus is taken away from the relaxation aspect of the service provided. If it is a dire emergency that the device must be on, please set it to vibrate. If it isn’t, I request that they are to be turned off until the session is over. You will be reminded to turn the device back on when you leave.

Tipping

NM FAQ 5Tipping is not required, but highly appreciated!

Lateness

If you’re going to be late, please call. If I’m going to be late, I will definitely call!NM FAQ 3

If you are going to be late to your massage session, please call to let me know approximately what time you will arrive. Please know that the time missed will not be made up. Example: If you are 15 minutes late to a 60 minute massage, your session will be 45 minutes, and you will be charged for the hour.

If you have already called, give me an approximate time, and you still cannot make it, the cost for the massage will be applied, and another session will not be made until the cost of the massage missed is paid.

After the Massage

After the massage, you will feel sleepy, and relaxed. Please take your time in getting up, because you may feel dizzy. Please drink water or herbal tea for the next few hours and following days after your Massage, to help hydrate the body. Drinking water has beneficial effects to the body, if consumed on a daily basis. Before you leave, I will remind you to turn your electronic devices back on.
